| From the encouragement of the music industry professionals and the endless amount
of local bands and friends many times we have been told to do this
at a higher level. So here we go! Enjoying a life filled with music and a passion for sharing it and playing it live just made it the right move. Respect for hard work is a must at every level. Entertainment, especially behind the scenes and the countless hours of work prior to show time is key to a fantastic event. Knowledge and involvement comes because you want it. From being a band member to managing others and yes running wires,lifting speakers,security,transportation and cleaning up afterwards. The on hands experience will leave you with a clear and definite view. Either you love it and want more or it's just not in the cards for me. Respect has been mentioned and can not be forgotten. From the Manager of the headliner and the folks hosting the show to the last guy to leave and lock up. They all deserve it.
